Yes, all our products are carefully tested and meet the highest safety standards. Our baby items are free from harmful chemicals such as BPA, phthalates, and lead.

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

We typically process orders within 4-9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

We have a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information on how to proceed.

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
